Booking and payment policy
How bookings are confirmed and how payment terms are set.
Last updated 8 November 2026
Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service providers: airlines, hotels, tour operators and transport companies. You’ll receive confirmation of your arrangements once the applicable booking and payment steps are complete.
A quotation is not a booking. Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed and paid as set out in your quotation or invoice.
Payment
Payment terms, deadlines and accepted payment methods are set out in your quotation or invoice. Bookings are confirmed in line with those payment conditions. Some suppliers, such as airlines issuing tickets, require full payment before confirming.
Changes to confirmed bookings
Changes to confirmed bookings depend on supplier availability and may carry penalties, fare differences or accommodation conditions. We’ll explain any costs before making a change.
Questions
If anything in your quotation is unclear, ask us before you pay. We’d rather explain it up front.
